Subscriptions and Pricing

Monthly Subscription

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis at $229 per month. This subscription includes all features and services described on our website.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due monthly in advance
• All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
• No setup fees or hidden charges
• Payments are processed automatically through our payment processor
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

No Contracts

We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to services until the end of your paid period.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for subsequent months, but the current month's fee is non-refundable.

Website Ownership

Upon cancellation, you may request a copy of your website content. However, custom code, templates, and proprietary systems remain the property of Gibi Works. We will provide you with content migration assistance for a reasonable transition period.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Provide content and materials that do not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Ensure all content you provide is accurate and not misleading

• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property

The website platform, design frameworks, code, automation systems, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Gibi Works. Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without written permission.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.). By providing content to us, you grant Gibi Works a license to use, modify, and display this content as necessary to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gibi Works shall not be liable for:

• Third-party services or integrations (such as Calendly, payment processors, etc.)
• Results or outcomes from using our services

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Warranties Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Specific results, rankings, or lead generation outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of information

We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, lead volume, or business growth, though we work diligently to provide quality services that support these goals.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gibi Works, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Service Level Agreement

Website Hosting

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted websites. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Support Response Times

We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 business hours. Emergency issues will be prioritized.

Update Requests

Unlimited updates are included. Standard updates will be completed within 3-5 business days. Complex updates may require additional time, which will be communicated to you.

Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services (or any part thereof) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without notice, if:

• Payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You abuse or misuse our services or support team

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
